As a former educator, school administrator and nonprofit leader, I know that every second of time spent with your people has the potential to build the momentum and expertise required to reach your most ambitious goals - if that time is designed strategically and intentionally.

I understand that designing and preparing for highly effective meetings or training experiences requires significant time that most leaders simply don't have. I am honored to provide a sustainable solution to this challenge, bringing over a decade's worth of experience to our partnership, and handing you everything you need to successfully run your training or meeting from start to finish - including 1:1 coaching from me to build your expertise and ensure you feel confident and prepared. 


In addition to being a business owner, I am wife and mother of two young children, Madeline (2) and Samuel (nearly 1). When I'm not working or spending time with family, you might find me at a yoga class, enjoying brunch with friends, or rooting fervently for the Ohio State Buckeyes during football season.
